Fond this page in the Print magazine. i found it rather interesting how they could maintain the unity of the can vegtables with its variety in sized. if you pay close attention you may notice that the line that they run on are exactly the same width and dont seem to fall out of its place. The other exaples look axactly the same for the exception of the different color.

What goes on in your neck of the woods?

This ad was actually used in a TV commercial. I had originally scan in the image from a print magazine and it had gotten an award for character. If you look closely you can see a really broad array of interesting "things" happening. like a wife murdering her husband in the bathtub. An abandoned baby on the top floor. Collapsed old lady. So on an so forth. it is a very neat idea and interpretation of differences and things that could be happening right next to you that you wouldn't know about behind closed doors. I like it because it does spark major creativity to me.

Always Coca Cola ~ Yeah!
Ooooh yes...a brand we are all familiar with! i came across this add in a graphic design magazine. My favourite type of advertising is by far intellectual, and I think coke has captured it particularly well even by the branding of their own trucks. The fact that they made one of them display the coke logo by only using their own famous branded coke bottles was a neat idea, but that they have what seems to look like a tow truck - crane type image in the front of the trailer that has a colossal size bottle hitched to it was really cool. That one i would definitely consider my favourite. in case you were wondering about the title of this post, its actually one of their branded phrase =)

World Wide Web

Hehe get it? I like this picture becauze it seemed to relate to ALOT of the Photoshop work that we have beeen doing recently. I can figure that croping with laso tools, and using multiple layers for the spider, globe and the web that could be used in order to get this many elements of the picture to work together. Most probably be intellectual in some manner. What do you think?

Yay.....well well.....even though I did find this poster and immediatly reconise the figure. but i did notice some style mixes perhaps. the "ray bands" put more emphasis on the captain and he too stands up to be in a herooic poses as well. Red, Blue and the yellow colors work well together and we might see some exaggeration in his facial expression as well. The fonts to mee seem interesting but the "special price" dot I don't think really looks right with this flyer.
Ha ha .....this is a whole set of printing design. Everything from a BusCard in the top left, postcard bottom left, and a 2 sided flyer on the center and right. This is a very nice choice of color depending on the season but for arguments sake its summer and you wanna go on holiday season. The flowing illistration imitates water which in that could simbilize the ocean which as we all very well know is just about the number one place to be on vacation.
